Returns & Refunds

My hand-made products are quality assured, but if for any reason you are not happy with a product due to a genuine fault, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can arrange a repair where possible and issues can be resolved efficiently.
Due to the fact that all items are hand made and not mass produced, custom / bespoke orders will NOT be accepted for return / refund.

Customers have 14 days from date of receipt of goods to return unwanted goods ( but must include all original packaging and parts and please let me know if you wish to return and the reason why within 5 days of receipt so that I can resolve as efficiently as possible), this DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS.

As jewellery is something that can be worn everyday, please take note of any care and guidance I include in listings / packaging, these items are handmade, some including delicate gemstones.
